Dawson Springs, KY - Police officers arrested Brandon Higgins, age 23 of 13730 Dawson Springs Road in Crofton, who was charged on July 21 with Reckless Driving, Disregarding a Stop Sign, Failure to Produce an Insurance Card, Fleeing or Evading 1st Degree, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence. 

Dawson Springs Police officer Mike Opalek made the arrest and Mr. Higgins has been lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
