Hopkins County, KY - The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department has reported the arrests made on August 3, 2009. Jeremy Russell, 26 of 50 Carroll Lane in Dawson Springs was arrested for Theft of Identity of Another Without Consent.

Brent A. Well, 34 of 401 East Farren Avenue in Earlington was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under The influence of alcohol or drugs, Possession of an open Alcoholic Beverage container in a Motor Vehicle, and Operating a ATV on Roadway.

Kenneth W. Oglesby, 38 of 241 South Main apartment 4A in Madisonville was also arrested on August 3, 2009. Deputies charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under The influence of alcohol or drugs and Possession of Marijuana.
