KY – A Dawson Springs man was arrested by the Hopkins County
Sheriff's Office on a charge of identity theft. 26 year old Jeremy
Russell was charged with theft of identity theft of another without
consent. 34 year old Brent A. Wells of Earlington was charged with
operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor
vehicle, and with operating an ATV on a roadway. And 38 year old
Kenneth W. Oglesby of Madisonville was arrested and charged with
operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of
marijuana.
