On August 5, 2009 Dawson Springs Police arrested Phillip Willoughby, 30, 323 Fox Hollow Road in Island, KY. Mr. Willoughby was charged with Operating a Motor Vehilce Under the Influence. Jacob Morris, 19, 408 Main Street in Livermore, Ky was also arrested on August 5th, Morris was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a public place.
