Hopkins County, KY - The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department arrested 48 year old William B. Winstead of 205 East Moss in Earlington on August 6, 2008 and charged him wil Assualt 4th Degree (Domestic).

Also Arrested on Assault 4th Degree (Domestic) was 31yr old Kelly Suttle of 5515 White Plains Road. Suttle was also charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. Deputies also arrested Terry Utley, 45, of 705 Pineridge Drive in Hopkinsville, Ky. Utley was charged with Non-Payment of Fines.
