Muhlenberg County, KY - State Police arrested 56 year old Stephen D. Foster of Breman, KY on August 10, 2009. Police say that While on patrol Trooper Ray observed Foster operating a 1997 Chevy Blazer in a reckless manor on Clark Street in South Carrollton. Trooper Ray attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Foster who failed to comply and attempted to flee.  After a short pursuit Foster drove into a field and attempted to flee on foot.

He was quickly apprehended and arrested Foster was lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center charged with DUI 3rd Offense Aggravated, Operating on a DUI Suspended Drivers License, Open Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Seatbelt, Reckless Driving, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, and Fleeing and Evading Police 1st Degree.
