Madisonville, KY - Chad Vincent (29) of Central City, was operating a 1999 Kia Sportage north on KY 181 Saturday night one mile south of Greenville, KY when for unknown reasons his vehicle crossed over the center line and struck head on the southbound 2005 Dodge Caravan operated by Judith Hudson (62) of Greenville. Mr. Vincent and his passengers Hayden Vincent (2) and Hailey Vincent (6) both of Central City were transported to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital where they were treated and released.  Judith Hudson and her passenger David Hudson (68) of Greenville, were also transported to the Muhlenberg Community Hospital where Mrs. Hudson later died due to her injuries sustained in the collision.  The collision is still under investigation by the Kentucky State Police and no criminal charges have been filed at this time.

Trooper Craig Engler, Unit 878 is the Investigating Officer. The Greenville Police Department, Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Department, Muhlenberg County EMS and Greenville Fire Department responded to the accident site.
