Kentucky State Police Arrest Five in Drug Bust

Madisonville, KY - The Kentucky State Police report the arrest of five during a drug bust this week.  

On Wednesday, October 7, 2009, the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville received an anonymous tip in reference to illegal, drug activity taking place at a residence on Beagle Park Loop.  At approximately 8:16 p.m., same date, Trooper Carlo Anderson and deputies from the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the residence.  Upon arriving, the officers detected a strong, chemical odor coming from inside the residence.  After entering the residence, officers located methamphetamine and a meth lab in a back, bedroom.  Officers also located ammonium nitrate, liquid fire, Coleman fuel, lithium batteries, coffee filters and other items used in the manufacturing process.  The Madisonville Police Department responded to the scene and performed the cleanup of the lab.  

The five arrested are, 41 year old Daniel L. Mullen of Madisonville.  He was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a meth precurser, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to notify the department of transportation of an address change.  29 year old James A. Rogers of Nortonville.  He was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a meth 
precursor.  31 year old Kasie Y. Healy of Greenville.  She was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a meth precursor.  26 year old Jennifer A. Adamson of Providence.  She was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, and failure to notify the Department of Transportation of an address change.  And,  42 year old Donald W.  Mora of Providence.  He was charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registration requirements, manufacturing methamphetamine, an unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor.  All five subjects were arrested without incident.  They were lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.
