Madisonville, KY - The Kentucky State Police in Madisonville, KY were contacted on October 14, 2009 by the Webster County Jail in reference to an escape. During the course of the investigation it was determined that 19 year old Jackie L. Beasley who was incarcerated for Theft by Unlawful Taking and 21 year old Brian A. Schwartz incarcerated for Burglary 3rd Degree, had escaped from the Restricted Custody Center of the Webster County Jail at approximately 8:00 P.M.
Both Jackie L. Beasley and Brian A. Schwartz were apprehended in Marion, KY early this morning October 15, in a 2002 Nissan Altima, which was stolen from the same area as the jail.
