Hopkins County, KY - The Hopkins County Sheriff had a busy weekend arresting Elizabeth Kembel, 49 of 1390 Buttermilk Road in St. Charles and charging her with 5 counts of Theft By Deception under $300.
42 year old Willaim A. Branson of 901 Princteton #703 in Madisonville was arrested on 2 counts of Failure to Pay. Jeremy W. Hammack , 32 of 126 Mortons Street in Mortons Gap was arrested and charged with Contempt of Court and Failure to Pay. Charles K. Fellure age 24 of 3054 A Gorgas Avenue in Ft. Campbell was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. 44 year old Ralph D. Marshall of 407 South Sebree in Earlington was charged with Contempt of Court. Kenneth D. Williams age 19 of 710 Choctaw Drive in Madisonville was arrested and charged with Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic).
