Hamilton Released on Bond

Hopkins County, KY -  iSurf News has learned additional information concerning the release of John Hamilton.  Hopkins County Circuit Court Clerk Carolyn Polley has confirmed that Earlington, KY Mayor Mike Seiber posted a $20,000 bond for the release of Hamilton.

  
iSurf News left messages for Mayor Seiber for comment but has received no return call at this time.

 

John Hamilton was released on October 23rd.  The 33 year old Hamilton has been indicted for murder and 1st degree wanton endangerment in the death of 18 year old Julia Wooten in Earlington.  The Class A Felony is not a capital crime.

 

 

Hamilton must meet several conditions with his release on bond:

1.  He must have no further violation of any law.

2.  He must make scheduled court dates.

3.  He must be in contact with his attorney.

4.  He can have no contact with victim or victim's family.

5.  He cannot use or possess alcohol.

6. He must remain within the boundaries of Hopkins County.

7.  No driving is allowed.
