Madisonville, KY - The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office report two arrest on Sunday. 55 year old Clarence R. Reynolds of Madisonville was arrested and charged with theft by deception – cold checks under $500. And 47 year old Troy Oliver of Madisonville was cited a fine for allowing cattle to run at large.

Earlier reports stated Mr. Oliver was arrested however, the correction states that the fine was $5 and he actually doesn't have any cattle.
