HOPKINS COUNTY, KY – The Kentucky State Police report the arrest of an Earlington man on Friday February 5th charging him with Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.
On Friday, February 5, 2010 at approximately 5:30 p.m., KSP Detective Dan Morck arrested Jacob A. Larkins, age 24 of Earlington, KY. Detective Morck charged Mr. Larkins with 26 counts of Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 1st, a class B felony. The charges stem from an investigation where Mr. Larkins is accused of engaging in illegal sexual activity with a victim under the age of 16.
Mr. Larkins was lodged in the Hopkins County Detention Center.
